After 10 years of predominantly working with children with disabilities, we are excited to announce that we will be shifting our focus to another vulnerable group; adults with disabilities in the previously disadvantaged communities.
This was an immensely big decision for us and one we did not take lightly, but with the guidance of our wonderful networks and support of the Department of Social Development, we came to the conclusion that it was time to address the critical need that we’ve seen develop over the years, that of therapeutic support for adults with disabilities.
We are confident that the CSPID teams (governmental therapeutic teams) will take good care of our children, as they already are. Our children and their carers will always have a very special place in our hearts and our history and we will continue to support the CSPID teams, the parents, caregivers and children as much as we can.
As we embark on a new journey we will stay true to our calling, which has always been to improve the lives of people with disabilities. We are so blessed with an amazing team who will continue to serve the needs of this vulnerable and precious group of people.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 10 years. We truly hope that you will continue to do so, just as we will continue supporting people with disabilities.
