Agape
Agape Family Ministries is a Christian organization striving to serve needy communities with the love of Jesus Christ. Situated in the lovely valley of Pineview in Grabouw in the Western Cape it is contrasted with the poverty and hardships of these communities. 32 children are permanently housed of whom 12 have physical disabilities.

Senecio has been actively involved with Agape since January 2009.

Little Angels
Senecio has been offering their services at Little Angels Daycare & Rehabilitation Centre for physically and mentally challenged children from 2009. They have 12 children living permanently in the house, as well as three children who are cared for during the day and after school.

Bizweni
Bizweni Centre in Somerset West offers a stimulation program for children with disabilities during the mornings only. Most of the children come from the poorer communities, but have families or friends who can care for them after hours. There are 26 children, including 15 children with physical disabilities.

The children are divided into two classes according to their abilities – Class 1 is for the severely disabled children, and Class 2 is for children who will benefit from an educare programme.

Bathandwa
The Bathandwa Day and Night Care Centre is a place of safety that cares for abandoned, HIV+ and physically or mentally disabled children . The centre consists of four cluster homes, each with it’s own house mother.
Currently, 28 children are cared for including 8 children with physical disabilities.

The first block therapy was done in February 2010.

Gabriella
Gabriella Centre is situated in Somerset West where 15 children with severe physical and mental disabilities are cared for daily. Natalie de Fabbro and her team of care givers provide a nurturing environment where children’s physical and emotional needs are being met during the day.

Cenida
Cenida Centre for the intellectually disabled is situated in Macassar, adjacent to Somerset West. Mignon Leitch and her team offer a stimulation programme for children with disabilities during the mornings only.

At present there are 20 children at the centre, 8 of them physically disabled.

Unakho
Unakho is situated in Khyamandi, a township adjacent to Stellenbosch. Elsa Pretorius and her team care for 12 children during the day, 5 of them physically disabled.

Sive Nathi
Sive Nathi, in Blackheath is the home of 38 severely disabled children.

In April 2010 Senecio presented the Hambisela course at Bathandwa in Khayelitsha. Amongst the course members, were 5 Care givers from Sive Nathi. After seeing and hearing what we do, they invited the therapists to visit their centre, as they desperately needed help.
